In the evenings, look forward to a daily changing, multi-course surprise menu, exclusively for our hotel guests. Prepared with great care, our gourmet menu promises to be a culinary highlight of your stay. Please note: Advance reservations are required at least 2 days prior to arrival.

 

May to October: every evening, except on selected Tuesday evenings (day off)

 

We will serve the first course from the surprise menu:

Monday (partly Tuesday): 6:00 PM

Wednesday to Sunday: between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

 

Vegetarian options, allergies and intolerances:
Do you have any allergies, intolerances, or follow a vegetarian diet? Please inform us at least two days before your arrival so we can plan your menu accordingly. Additional charges may apply for special requests.

 

Children:
We offer a half-board menu for children aged 7 and over.
Alternatively, our younger guests can choose from the children’s menu.

Nearest train station of the Appenzell Railways: Schwende station  (request stop: press the button in the train in good time)

Schwende train station is a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

 

Free travel by public transport: For stays of three nights or more at Alpenblick, we offer our guests free travel to and from their stay within Switzerland using public transport. Registration is required at least 4 working days before arrival.

Parking

Free outdoor parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the house.

Essen & Trinken

Even on our days off (Monday and Tuesday), we offer our hotel guests snacks and chilled drinks around the clock in the lounge. Coffee, tea, and water are available free of charge.

The building has a lift. All our rooms have a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, shower gel and towels, satellite TV, radio, safe, wardrobe and closet, seating and desk.

Ab drei Nächten erhalten Gäste die Appenzeller Ferienkarte geschenkt, die mehr als 20 saisonale Gratis-Angebote umfasst, darunter Fahrten mit Luftseilbahnen, Eintritte und freie Fahrt mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr.

Zusätzlich übernimmt das Hotel ab drei Nächten die An- und Heimreise innerhalb der Schweiz mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr (Anmeldung bis 4 Werktage vor Anreise erforderlich).

Was sind die Check-in und Check-out Zeiten und welche Stornierungsbedingungen gelten?

Der Check-in ist täglich von 15.00 bis 18.00 Uhr möglich. An Montagen und Dienstagen wird ein Self Check-in vorbereitet.

Der Check-out ist bis 10.30 Uhr.

Stornierungen sind bis 14 Tage vor Anreise kostenlos möglich. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise fallen 100% der gesamten Übernachtungskosten an.
